Date: September 28 & 29th, 2010Position: Looking for volunteers for registration, event assistance and on-site management. The time would range between 7:45 a.m. - 7:45 p.m. Job Category: Temp : 2 Day Conference Job Location: Columbus/Worthington, OH Responsibilities: The candidate must be from the local area. Opportunities & Responsibilities are: Pre-con with client (conference call), register participants, review meeting specifications, oversee food and beverage flow, assist and attend to vendors at the exhibit show, check AV, distribute and collect evaluations and pack and ship back materials. May have bend, stoop, push/ pull/ lift 25- 50 lbs. Qualifications: Good people skills, energetic pro-active, flexible, attentive to details and very client focused. Strong customer service skills and attention to detail.
